鄭麗文主席於昨日會見駐台北韓國代表部代理代表高尚郁（Koh Sang-wook），雙方就區域情勢及雙邊關係發展交換意見，並一致表示期盼未來持續深化合作。主席並再次分享，此次訪陸的核心訊息在於傳達兩岸同樣珍惜和平，不願見到敵意升高導致衝突甚至戰爭。

鄭主席強調，應揚棄冷戰思維下「第一島鏈」的軍事對抗框架，轉而將其轉化為「和平、繁榮、自由貿易區」。高代表亦表示認同，區域應追求互利共贏，共同促進區域長期和平與繁榮。

Chairperson Cheng Li-wun met yesterday with Acting Representative Koh Sang-wook. The two sides exchanged views on regional developments and Taiwan–Korea relations, and expressed a shared expectation to further deepen cooperation across various areas. Chairperson Cheng also reiterated that the core message of her recent visit to the mainland was to convey that both sides of the Taiwan Strait value peace and do not wish to see rising hostility lead to conflict or war.

She emphasized that the military confrontation framework associated with the “first island chain,” rooted in Cold War thinking, should be set aside and transformed into a “peace, prosperity, and free trade zone.” Acting Representative Koh shared the view that the region should pursue mutually beneficial and win-win outcomes to advance long-term regional peace and prosperity.
