國民黨主席鄭麗文與德國在台協會處長狄嘉信會談

國民黨主席鄭麗文在黨中央接見德國在台協會處長狄嘉信（Karsten Tietz） ，雙方就台灣政局、兩岸關係及共同價值進行友好且建設性的交流。

雙方重申民主、自由與法治是雙方長期共享的重要價值。雙方認同維持台海和平與穩定至關重要，這也是德國的核心利益。

狄嘉信處長表示，德國願持續與國民黨保持緊密聯絡，並期待持續互動交流。

KMT Chair Cheng Li-wun met with Mr. Karsten Tietz, Director of the German Institute Taipei, at KMT headquarters for a friendly and constructive discussion on Taiwan’s political landscape, cross-strait relations, and shared democratic values.

Both sides reaffirmed their support for Taiwan’s democratic values, freedom and rule of law, and that peace and stability across the Taiwan Strait are essential, an interest that is also core to Germany. 

Director Tietz stated that Germany looks forward to maintaining close communication with the Kuomintang and hopes to continue the dialogue.
